Introduction to Cards

Cards were added to Plants vs Brainrots on October 11, 2025. This new mechanic provides passive and active abilities that enhance your garden defense, increase income, or optimize combat efficiency. There are 35 cards total, divided into 5 rarity tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. Higher rarity cards have lower drop rates but more powerful effects.

How to Obtain Cards

Cards are obtained through Card Packs, which contain 5 random cards each. Here are all the ways to get Card Packs:

Daily Rewards

Submit 4 different rarity brainrots at Central Hall to claim a Shiny Base Card Pack plus additional rewards.

Rebirth System

Starting from Rebirth 2, each rebirth (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) rewards one card pack. Rebirth 2-5 also unlock +1 card slot each.

Event Missions

Complete event reward tracks (like the Hitlist Event) to earn card packs as milestone rewards.

Shop Purchase

Buy card packs with Robux: 1 pack for 249 Robux, 3 packs for 598 Robux, or 10 packs for 1699 Robux.

Shiny Cards: Special variants with stronger base effects and unique serial numbers (like #01 for the first ever opened). These are rare collectibles!

How to Equip & Merge Cards

Equipping Cards

1.Go to the Player Cards Viewer Station (right of the brainrot ramp)
2.Press E to open the card menu
3.Select cards from your inventory to equip
4.Start with 1 slot, unlock +1 slot at Rebirth 2, 3, 4, 5 (5 slots total)

💡 You cannot equip duplicate card types, but different card effects stack!

Merging Cards

1.Visit the Card Merger Station on Central Island
2.Press E to interact
3.Select 3 identical cards
4.Click Merge to upgrade to Tier II, III, etc.

💡 Example: Brainrot Blessing Tier I (10%) → Tier II (15%) → Tier III (20%)

Note: Card effects stack with weather events (like Prismatic Surge) and potions (like Riot Potion) for maximum power. Mutations support may be added in future updates.

Important: Drop rates are cumulative percentages from card packs. Legendary cards are extremely rare while Common cards appear frequently.

Can I trade cards with other players?

Currently, cards cannot be traded between players. They can only be obtained through card packs.

What's the difference between Shiny and regular cards?

Shiny cards have stronger base effects than regular cards and feature unique serial numbers (like #01 for the first opened). They're rare collectibles with better stats.

How many card slots can I have?

You start with 1 card slot. Rebirth 2, 3, 4, and 5 each unlock +1 additional slot, giving you a maximum of 5 slots total.

Can I equip multiple copies of the same card?

Your equipped cards and card collection persist through rebirths. You don't lose any cards when you rebirth, and you'll unlock new card slots as you progress.
