During the Cards Update, its mention in the developer /console confirmed its administrator exclusivity.
It is assumed to be in the Godly tier, as its 599 Robux price is slightly higher than the Carnivorous Plant (another Godly unit).
Pine-a-Punch's design is based off of Bonk Choy from Plants vs Zombies.
